In fact his reviews are verbatim from a previous "Best Places" written 9 years ago. There are so many new places not mentioned. Restaurants that have changed locations are still listed in their old locations, for example Santi, which moved years ago, is still listed in Geyserville. The only traveler that could use this book is a time traveller!
