This is a list. It was published on Jan. 1, 2001. You can see lots of such lists for free using Internet searches.
Lots of things changed since 1/1/2001 in the certification world. If you want to know anything about any particular certification, other than it's name and sponsoring organization, you'd need more than a list anyway.
